He and his son Brandon were prompt and arrived before my realtor! They were very thorough and explained what they were looking for and why. They were quick but very thorough, and they walked me through their findings.  They were also very patient with me while my entire family and I asked all our questions. I reached out to CIA after a friend, who's a realtor, told me "this guy, David, was a little too good" after an inspection was completed on a home he was in the process of selling. David & his partner inspected two homes for us during our buying process. During the inspection of the first home a few very serious issues with plumbing and workmanship were identified. These were unanticipated and major repairs were going to be necessary.  The inspection results made it easy for us to retract our offer on that home. The second home CIA inspected, we purchased. David & partner were great the day of the inspection, pointing out potential issues, making me aware on the level of concern and even pointing out when very good craftsmanship was spotted in certain areas of the home. I got my home inspection done with this company. Due to schedule issues on my end I was unable to attend the inspection. However, it didn't matter because we called David as soon as we got the inspection report within a few hours, & he went over everything with us.
