James and his team are craftsmen who are able to work magic. I recently purchased a home with 50+ year old wood floors that had probably never been touched since they were originally installed. After sanding, conditioning, staining (with a custom stain that James prepared), and topcoat they look better than new and I couldn’t be happier. Additionally, James and crew demolished an area where tile had been laid over the hardwood and seamlessly replaced the hardwood underneath. I know exactly where the wood was replaced and can’t tell any difference between the old flooring and the new.
