We just had our hardwood floors re-finished for the first time in twenty years. James and his crew made them look like new. They replaced some warped boards as well as some stained boards. They erased 20 years of damage from our dogs and kids. The floors look absolutely brand new. They were prompt, extremely clean, and very affordable. We’re going to hire them to do our Master Bedroom as well, can’t wait! These guys work really hard, we’re very happy.

Golden Crown refinished the hardware floors in two of our bedrooms and hallway last week. The crew arrived on time, which is very important to me. The 3 crew members efficiently removed the existing carpet, sanded and pre-stained the floors. In the follow-up visit the crew buffed them and applied a stained gloss finish. The stain perfectly matched the color of our existing hardwood floors in the living room. A small piece of wood was discovered missing after the carpets were removed in one of the bedrooms. They replaced it and stained the piece to match the existing flooring. James also resolved an issue with the transition between hallway and bathroom to deal with the difference in height between the two. During the entire process James and his crew answered any questions we had about the process and maintenance. The floors came out beautiful at an affordable price and we are very happy with the results.

We love the work that James and his crew have done in our home. They installed a new floor in our kitchen last year and we had them back to refinish 5 rooms this week. They did a fabulous job- 5 rooms in 3 days and they cleaned up after themselves. The best part- they were far cheaper than any other quotes we received.

Back in late January/early February, James & his crew refinished the floors in one of my apartment units after the tenants moved out. They did an excellent job, replacing planks that had stains in addition to the fine work in the entire unit. James was very professional and his price was reasonable. I just finally got around to posting this review; better late than ever! I would definitely recommend James and hire him for future projects!
