Pet Chauffeur FAQs<\/h1>\n

Pet Chauffeur is your premier pet transportation company. As such, we want to give the best possible service to our clients. To do that, we not only endeavor to provide safe and comfortable services, but we also want you to be as informed as possible. As such we have put together a list of Pet Chauffeur\u2019s FAQs for you to receive quick answers to your queries. Q: I need a ride back from the vet, but I don\u2019t exactly know when I\u2019ll need it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: We do something called a \u201cWill Call\u201d. In such instances that you know you will be needing a ride home but are unsure of what time, this could be a good solution. You can let us know you\u2019ll be needing a return, and we\u2019ll flag your original reservation to indicate that you will be needing a ride back. Then you can just call us when you are ready and we will send you the closest available car. Although there is a possible chance that you may need to wait a little bit longer, it\u2019s usually never more than 15-30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I ride with my pet?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: Yes! You can ride with your pet or we can transport your pet by itself.<\/p>\n

Q: Will you take my pet outside of the city?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: Yes! We can take your pet anywhere. Please call our offices or email us to get a price quote.<\/p>\n

Q: When should I book my reservation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: The later you wait to book your reservation, the harder it is for us to accommodate your request. For example, If you are calling to request a ride during rush hour of the same day, there might be a longer wait than if you had scheduled the ride in advance. For most cases, 1-2 days in advance is fine.<\/p>\n

Q: Does my pet have to travel in a crate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: If your pet is a dog, then no. Most customers choose to have their dogs lay on the spacious floor of our vehicles. If your pet is a cat, then yes \u2014 we require all cats to be transported in carriers. We also have a special seat belt harness to ensure the safety of your pets.<\/p>\n

Q: I need help getting my cat in its crate. Will your drivers help me?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: No. You are responsible for coaxing your cat into its carrier. If you want to avoid wait charges, please do this ahead of your scheduled pickup time, as it can take a while for some cats.<\/p>\n

Q: Will my pet ever ride in a vehicle with another animal while I\u2019m not there?<\/strong><\/p>\n
