We prefer online payments. It stops the spread of COVID-19. The stated service amount is due today. If the dollar amount is in a range the minimum due is $75. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Zelle, Apple Pay, American Express, personal checks, and cash in office.
Personal injury and work injury, generally, do not require provider network participation. If you were not at fault in a personal injury accident (car, motorcycle, home) a medical lien secures payment at the end of care. Payment of our services in a work injury is covered by your employer’s worker injury insurance policy.
The Office/Provider retains final right of service provided, and billed service.
